Refund policy

At Dhana’s Paithani, each product is a reflection of Maharashtra’s rich cultural legacy and traditional craftsmanship. As our collections are rooted in heritage and handcrafted with precision, we follow a strict no return and no exchange policy for all items. Exchange is only applicable in the case of damaged products.

Exchange for Damaged Products

If the product you receive is damaged, you may request an exchange within 7 days of delivery. The exchange will be processed only after the original item is picked up and received at our warehouse in its original condition.

Note: Unless the item is found to be defective or spurious. Dhana’s Paithani reserves the right to inspect returned items before confirming exchange eligibility.

Products Purchased from Other Sources

If your Dhana’s Paithani item was purchased from a third-party platform or retail partner, the return/exchange policies of that platform will apply.

Missing Items in Return Shipments

If items are missing from the return package during an exchange (e.g., fewer items picked up than claimed), Dhana’s Paithani reserves the right to deduct the full MRP of the missing product from any refund or to deny the exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

You can initiate an exchange through our website, mobile app, or by contacting our Customer Support Team. Once the request is logged, please ensure availability for reverse pickup and respond to any calls from our delivery partners. Missed pickups may require a new request, potentially delaying the process.

Logistics & Serviceability

While we strive to service all pin codes, some locations may not support reverse pickups. In such cases, we may request you to courier the item back via a trusted service like India Post. A shipping reimbursement of up to ₹70 will be provided. Any additional shipping costs beyond this limit may be non-refundable.

Missing Products / Empty Parcels

If your parcel arrives with a missing product or appears empty, you must contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery. A 360° unboxing video is mandatory for verification. Without clear video proof or evident tampering, your claim may be declined. Dhana’s Paithani reserves the final right to approve or deny such claims.
